Last week, we had the opportunity to showcase our innovative technologies at the Workspace Design Show – the UK’s only exhibition focused purely on workspace design. The event gathered the top architects, designers & corporates across the industry as well as provided key speakers who shared their thought leadership on a variety of topics relating back to workplace design.
It was beyond exciting to see how workspace is evolving towards an environment that shapes creativity, collaboration, and innovation, while also being agile for flexible working.

During the two-day show in London, we showcased our Vgreet visitor management kiosk and Multi-purpose Smart Locker Systems with our partner Gantner. Our solutions focus on human-centric designs for the modern smart workplace, enhancing the user experience for both visitors and employees.

Highlights of Multi-purpose smart lockers
Vpod and Gantner have recently joined forces to provide our workplace with smart locker solutions. Gantner’s smart locks and locker management systems, combined with Vpod’s modular, sustainable locker units help organisations improve the employee experience by providing easily accessible storage solutions.
Known as agile lockers that provide maximum flexibility to workplace usage, we were able to showcase the different sizes of locker banks to exemplify our ability to fully customise and design the lockers for the modern office space.
